
With only a 1.5 hectare farm, Erica Cano has been producing high grade specialty coffee for the last decade with her 2 sons. El Rancho gets all of its water from a spring source due to being situated in a dense rainforest. She is a second generation farmer on the land in which her father was farming for the last 15 years. They continue purchasing parcels of land for the farm.
