Firē (fee-reh) is the Amharic word for ‘fruit’. Firē comes from the Sewda Washing Station which is managed by Testi Trading. The blend is 85% well ripe, 10% kinda ripe, and 5% over ripe cherries and is specially selected and curated by Hacea Coffee Importers and Testi.
